General Questions
1. How should I properly care for my flowers?
I recommend placing the flowers in a clean vase and fill halfway. Add your flower food packet and fully dissolve before adding your flowers. Remove any leaves and petals as they wilt, make sure you're keeping the flowers in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. Trim stems at an angle every 2-3 days, clean your vase, and place flowers in ice-cold water.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Typically, all orders require 1-3 business days processing, and shipping/delivery times may vary based on your location. However, I have been working on expanding my floral inventory to offer as many same-day deliveries possible. Orders placed for same-day delivery will be delivered 2-4 hours after the order has been received, with the exception of ribbon rose bouquets. Since they're handmade the processing time is 1-8 days depending on the size of the bouquet.
3. Do you offer custom bouquet designs?
Yes, I love custom orders! You can connect with us via Instagram DM or message (619) 513-4459 to discuss your color pallet, preferred flower types, or special requests.

1. How long do ribbon rose bouquets last?
Our ribbon rose bouquets are made to last forever! Keep them away from moisture and direct sunlight for best preservation. Also, handling them in a careful manner, holding them from the base only, and keeping the bouquet away from heat will extend its shelf life!
2. Can I add a personalized message to my bouquet?
Yes! Every order includes a custom card message. Just type your message in the note box during checkout.
Returns & Issues
1. What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet.
2. My bouquet came damaged, what should I do?
We're so sorry! Please send us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
